By accessing or using DocsPapa ("Service") operated by Gritsa Tech Ltd ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DocsPapa is an AI-powered document drafting and e-signature platform. We help businesses and individuals create, edit, and sign professional documents. DocsPapa is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Documents generated are templates and starting points — you should consult a qualified solicitor for legal advice specific to your circumstances.

3. Account Registration

You must register for an account to access paid features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Create documents for illegal or fraudulent purposes
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the billing period. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of documents you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gritsa Tech Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
